1. What is Design & Supply?
Design & Supply is a modern way to buy custom closets, wardrobes, kitchens, garage cabinets, laundry rooms, pantries, mudrooms, and storage systems. Instead of visiting a showroom or waiting weeks for an in-home appointment, you complete our online 3-Step Space Planner, upload your measurements, photos, and videos, then meet with us live online for a custom design and quote. Our goal is simple: make custom cabinetry faster, easier, and more affordable.
2. How does the process work?
The process is simple: 1. Complete the 3-Step Space Planner. 2. Upload photos and videos of your space. 3. Book or join a live online design session. 4. We design your project with you live on screen. 5. You receive your quote. 6. Once approved and paid, your custom cabinets are produced. 7. You choose pickup, curbside delivery, or white-glove installation where available. Most customers can receive a live design and quote very quickly after submitting their space details.
3. What is the 3-Step Space Planner?
The 3-Step Space Planner is our online measurement and project-preparation tool. It helps you send us the information we need before your live design session. It collects: * Your name and contact information * Your project type * Your space measurements * Photos and videos * Notes about doors, windows, ceilings, outlets, vents, slopes, or anything unusual The planner does not replace professional measuring, but it helps us understand your space quickly and accurately.
4. Do I design the closet or kitchen myself?
No. The planner is not a do-it-yourself cabinet design tool. You provide measurements, photos, and videos. We create the design with you during the live online session. This helps avoid mistakes and gives you professional guidance instead of forcing you to figure everything out alone.
5. What makes Design & Supply different?
We focus on speed, value, and convenience. Instead of expensive showroom overhead, long sales appointments, and inflated margins, we use an online-first process. That allows us to offer custom cabinet solutions at very competitive prices while still giving you live professional design help. 6. Is this only for closets?

7. What is the free live online design and quote?
After you submit your measurements, photos, and videos, we meet with you online and design your project live with you. You can see the layout, discuss options, and receive pricing without waiting for an in-home sales visit. The goal is to give you a clear design and quote quickly, often within about 20 minutes of your completed submission, depending on availability.
8. Is the live online design really free?
Yes. The live online design and quote is free for qualified projects. We reserve the right to limit, reschedule, or decline free design sessions if the submission is incomplete, outside our service scope, not serious, or missing the basic information required to prepare a proper design.
9. How fast can I get my quote?
Our goal is to provide a quote during or by the end of your live design session. Many standard projects can be quoted quickly once measurements and photos are complete. Complex kitchens, unusual rooms, large projects, or projects requiring special materials may take longer.
10. Do I need to be on camera?
No. The online design meeting is usually screen-share based. You do not need to turn on your camera. We focus on the design, the measurements, the layout, the options, and the price.
11. What happens during the live design session?
During the session, we review your measurements, photos, and videos. Then we design your space live on screen, explain the options, and help you choose the layout that makes the most sense. We may discuss: * Cabinet layout * Shelf and hanging space * Drawer locations * Door styles * Finishes * Hardware * Accessories * Delivery method * Installation option * Budget * Timeline
12. Can I make changes during the live design?
Yes. That is one of the biggest advantages of the live design process. You can ask for changes during the session, and we can adjust the design in real time. This helps you understand the price difference between different layouts, finishes, and accessories.
13. Will I receive drawings after the design session?
You will receive a 3D design quote video. However, to receive the full designs and specs, the order must be paid in full. Yes, once your design is finalized and approved, we can provide the relevant design documents, layouts, and order details needed for your project. The level of detail provided may depend on the project type, order status, and whether the project has been approved for production.
